PRICES

All prices published are inclusive of VAT at the current rate but exclude delivery and installation charges

Unless otherwise stated.

 

PAYMENT

Full payment is required on placement of order to process.

 

MADE TO ORDER - ORDER CONFIRMATION

Made to order furniture orders cannot be cancelled after placement

All details and product specifications must be read carefully and clearly understood, as changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.

 

MADE TO ORDER - LEAD TIMES

Made to order furniture delivered within 8 – 10 weeks from order confirmation, although supplier's holidays, dispatching of fabrics and some remote delivery regions may slightly extend this. 

Estimated lead times will be advised at the point of purchase and will be confirmed as soon as possible.

We will provide you with a week that our Home delivery Team will contact you to arrange delivery.

Any date specified by us for delivery is an estimate and time for delivery shall not be made of essence. Specific delivery dates and times cannot be agreed when placing your order. We are not liable for any delays and/or failures in delivery if access cannot be gained to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or under any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. MADE TO ORDER - RETURNS & REFUNDS

All made to order items are none refundable unless faulty/Damaged subject to manufacturer warranty, see Terms for damages.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY -LEAD TIMES

Stock products will be delivered within 15 working days. Express deliveries within 24 hours may be available through alternative courier services upon request and availability.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY -RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you have received your order and wish to return it, you have 14 days from the date of receipt in which to inform us of your decision. The goods must be retuned in their original condition complete with packaging. Upon receipt of returned goods all monies will be refunded less the original delivery charge

 

DELIVERIES/COLLECTIONS

For full delivery service details please refer to our delivery section of our website. Customers will be notified up to one week prior to furniture being despatched or available for collection from The Chair People holding warehouse.

Depending on the item’s weight, size, quantities, and delivery destination different carrier’s services may be used to deliver your order. 

Customers are responsible for checking their orders on receipt.

 

DAMAGES

Damaged or faulty orders received must be signed for as damaged/faulty at the time of the delivery/collection from The Chair People to be able to make a claim for any replacement.

Customers are responsible for checking the goods at the time of delivery/collection. You must call or email within 2 working days of receipt of your order, other outside carrier terms and conditions apply in addition and will be stated at time of order. 

 

GUARANTEE

We offer a one-year guarantee against manufacturing faults on all made to order products and new stock products purchased.

Products excluded from any manufacturer guarantee are Clearance and sales items used for the purpose of ex-showroom display.
