Our Story .…



We started out in 2004 providing bespoke furniture solutions to the commercial market (which we still do today under Contract Chairs ) With our vast range of fabric, designs and seating options we soon saw customer demand rocket.


Unique concept - Enquiries from domestic customers who had seen our chairs in a commercial setting started to increase. We quite simply had more and more enquiries from people who wanted to purchase our chairs for their home and who were truly amazed by the choice, variety and bespoke service that we offered. After some extensive research we realised that our unique service didn’t really exist in the domestic market at a realistic value.


What we do …


We manufacture and supply custom made Chairs and seating for your Home.

We introduce you to a whole new world of choice previously only associated with high end designer shops and price tags to match.

Custom made to order and delivered to you from within 6 – 8 weeks. (Subject to fabric availability and production capacity)

Our friendly and talented team are here to help you out. The Chair People’s services are used by leading Interior Designers from around the UK which enables us to advise customers based on the latest designs, styles and trends.


We pride ourselves on our customer service, from initial enquiry right through to delivery, with our customer feedback proving we do a great job ! 


Our pricing…


We cut out all the supply chain add on costs by connecting the producer (us) to the consumer (you). Our business is also based online so no swanky high street show rooms with expensive over-heads meaning we can offer you the most competitive prices possible.


We do not market our products with RRP's or high street reference pricing as many of our custom made Chairs with options available may not even have a comparable on the high street.   


But when there is a comparable... we are confident our prices are the best in the market based on our unique combination of choice, quality, lead time and customer service.

Our models are also supplied into the high end Hotels and Restaurants around the UK, meaning they are of a high finish quality and are simply built to last.


Personable and professional customer service is a major role in our success story to date, with customer referrals being a big part of our business.


Value for money based on the choice , product and service we provide is unbeatable .


Naturally Chairs that are mass produced and sat on a warehouse shelf ready for delivery will be cheaper, but as we all know ..... you get what you pay for !
