What Happens Next?

Once you’ve placed your order we check all details thoroughly, order fabrics and process onto our production schedule. We will then send you a confirmation email stating your order has been processed and will let you know a date we will next be in touch to discuss your delivery.

When your order is almost ready, a member of our team will contact you to discuss and arrange a convenient delivery date.

Delivery charges: We only ask for a contribution towards the actual cost of delivery. Our delivery charges are a fixed fee of just £75 per order. We deliver to mainland UK however there may be additional fees for more remote post code regions and areas that are not on our normal delivery routes.

Delivery fee calculations are made in the basket area before you place your order.

It's Almost Time...

Your order will be delivered by TCP home delivery service – we aim to arrange and deliver all made-to-order items ourselves with very few exceptions, meaning that your order is in the very best hands.

Ahead of your order being ready, you will be contacted by email via the delivery team who will offer a delivery date with a 2-hour time window the driver will be with you.

On the day of delivery, your designated driver will contact you an hour before he’s due to arrive via text to confirm a more accurate exact time of arrival.

Your designated driver will bring Your furniture directly into a ground floor room of choice, unpack items, place them in situ and have all packaging taken away.

Alternatively, you can opt for a no-contact delivery service whereby the driver will place your furniture either packaged or unpackaged in an agreed safe place for you or a member of your household to bring into your home.  This can be directly outside your door, in an outbuilding, garage, or with a concierge depending on your preference, we are more than happy to accommodate your requirements.


Good To Know...

We operate a 1 man delivery service, therefore all sofa deliveries may require assistance unloading at the delivery location.

We kindly ask that you observe the dimensions of your chosen products, ie large armchairs and sofas, to ensure they will fit through doorways.

Third-party delivery partners: Certain orders based on weight, size, quantity and destination will be delivered by our trusted third-party delivery partners. All details will be discussed when we arrange your delivery with you.

Project timescales: If your home renovations are taking longer than expected, your move-in date gets delayed or you’re simply not ready to take delivery of your seating, don’t worry! We have a large warehouse facility and we’re more than happy to safely store your chairs until your ready to receive them.
