Natural characteristics are not faults. Linens and weaves may be slubby and can develop bobbling. Velvets and chenilles may experience pile flattening and distortion, which is not an indication of wear. Leather is produced in hides, and each hide is unique; as a natural product, leather often displays traces of its past, such as brand marks, scars, growth lines, veins, and areas of varying fibre density. These hallmarks do not detract from its natural beauty. As a product of nature, every hide is one-of-a-kind.
While fabric houses make every effort to ensure that products are as close as possible to those displayed online or through fabric samples, natural variations and dye batch differences may occur.
You will be provided with the relevant care guides for your fabrics upon order to help you maintain your chairs and keep them looking their best.
