Leg Finish Options
All of our bespoke dining chairs are crafted with solid beech wood frames as standard, available in a range of different wood finishes to suit your style. For those seeking an elevated option, selected models can also be upgraded to a solid oak frame for an added touch of luxury.

For certain models, leg finishes can be specified in a selection of RAL Classic colours, providing a wide palette of internationally recognised shades. This allows you to customise your chairs or bar stools to perfectly coordinate with your existing décor or achieve a specific design vision. Beading
Certain models can be specified with decorative metal beading around the back of the chair, adding a refined and distinctive detail. Where available, beading can be applied in either:

Piping
Piping is a trim that outlines the edge of the seat or back and is available on many of our bespoke dining chairs and luxury bar stools. You can choose the same fabric for a subtle finish or opt for a different fabric to create a contrast piping. The choice depends on your preference and the look you want to achieve.

Height Options
At The Chair People, our standard bar stool seat height is 700mm – a versatile choice that suits most kitchen islands and breakfast bar counters, offering both comfort and legroom.
Additional seat heights, including 650mm, 750mm, and 800mm, are available on request for an extra charge. While the overall stool height changes, the seat-to-footrest distance remains consistent for comfort.
