LEAD TIME
All made-to-order furniture is typically delivered within 9 to 13 weeks from the date of order. This timeframe takes into account where your order falls within our production cycle and whether selected fabrics require additional treatments to meet British Standard fire regulations. Your design advisor will confirm your expected lead time before your order is placed. In some cases, delivery to remote locations or temporary fabric availability issues may extend this timeframe.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE
We charge a fixed fee of just £95 for our White Glove Home Delivery Service to most UK addresses.
This does exclude some of the more remote post code regions and areas that are not on our normal delivery routes. Additonal fees may apply for these addresses.
